## Office hours (Scottsdale)

- **Monday – Thursday:** 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM *(extended hours may be available until 6:00 PM on select days)*
- **Friday:** 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- **Saturday:** 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- **Sunday:** Closed

Please note: while our physical office hours for appointments are listed above, our administrative staff may be available for scheduling and inquiries during broader windows as reflected in our online booking system.

## Scheduling and appointments

### Online scheduling
We use the **Zenoti** platform for online appointment scheduling. You can view real-time availability for various services and book your visit online through our webstore.

### Cancellation policy (appointments)
We require a minimum of **48 hours’ notice** for appointment cancellations. We reserve the right to apply charges for appointments that are missed without this prior notice.

We are a partner clinic of **Cosmetic Physician Partners (CPP)**. This affiliation supports our operations and our recent expansion, including the opening of our Arcadia location, **AdmireMD Skin + Wellness**.

For medical records transfers or to securely send photos for consultation purposes, please contact our office directly. We will provide the necessary authorization forms and instructions for using our secure portal or encrypted messaging options to help protect your information.
