Please note: while our physical office hours for appointments are listed above, our administrative staff may be available for scheduling and inquiries during broader windows as reflected in our online booking system.
Scheduling and appointments
Online scheduling
We use the Zenoti platform for online appointment scheduling. You can view real-time availability for various services and book your visit online through our webstore.
Cancellation policy (appointments)
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. We reserve the right to apply charges for appointments that are missed without this prior notice.
